OHS Aviation – Investor acquired

We are delighted, that the self-administrator of the law firm Buchalik and Brömmekamp and the trustee Dr. Florain Linkert with our support were able to acquire an Investor for der OHS Aviation GmbH, who will take over a majority of the shares in the frame of our insolvency plans.
The strategic investor from the German-speaking region wants to continue operations the current location and invest into the company after the purchase of the shares. OHS is active in the area of interior design and refurbishment of private jets at the BER.
Through the investor takeover, the future of its 40 employees was secured.
