Roeder Präzision – Future Secured

We are delighted, that the insolvency administrator Dr. Georg Bernsau and the trustee Götz Lautenbach, were able to, with our support, find an investor for the Röder Präzision GmbH. After completion of the insolvency proceedings, the investor consortium of experienced business men of the aeronautics industry will take over all shares from the trustee. The Röder Präzision GmbH, with its history since 1922, is one of the most important and traditional companies in the area of maintenance, service, and care in German aviation. Through the transaction, all of the about 230 jobs at the airport Frankfurt Egelsbach were secured.
