Successful investor proceeding at PHI Engineering GmbH

We were able to complete a successful investor proceeding in the frame of a self-administration for the product development service provider PHI Engineering GmbH. A strategic investor has taken over the complete company. As a result, the jobs of the about 50 engineers, who work predominantly in the automobile and aeronautics industries at 4 locations in the country, were retained.
